I made one yesterday, basically to keep as a diary and also to see how strong everyone is compared to me… (and obvs use as thinspo)

It was gonna happen, but I’m so angry that I let it. I have gained 4lbs this holiday and I know my parents are on to me… so I’m stuck.
The bingeing has been alot better though, I’ve downloaded loads of thinspo songs onto my iPod so whenever I feel like I need something to eat I stick my headphones in my ears and remember why I can’t.
Today the fam is having burgers and chips… thank the LORD I’m a veggie, having a quorn fajita wrap, hopefully I won’t have to eat the actual wrap.
